MPK Lawyers is a Perth based law firm providing legal advice and court representation to individuals, families and businesses throughout Western Australia. We assist clients across the Perth metropolitan area, including Ellenbrook, Aveley and surrounding suburbs, as well as Canning Vale and Perth’s southern suburbs.

Our principal practice areas include workers’ compensation, motor vehicle accident and ICWA claims, public liability, medical negligence, criminal injuries compensation, dog attacks and other personal injury claims. We also assist with debt recovery and enforcement, employment law, building and construction disputes, commercial disputes and wills.

We focus on clear advice, responsive service and effective representation. No win, no fee arrangements may be available for eligible personal injury matters, subject to the terms of our costs agreement. Fixed fee arrangements may also be available for selected services or clearly defined stages of work.
